Role: Fire Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare fire strategy reports and other relevant documentation as needed.
* Review architectural drawings to assess fire strategy risks.
* Means of Escape Analysis.
* Execute Computational Evacuation Modelling Analysis.
* Solve fire engineering calculations, including those related to radiant heat, smoke control, and occupant evacuations.
* Be a great communicator, liaise with clients and the design team regarding fire strategies.
* Understand and apply UK fire safety legislation and standards.

Key Requirements:
* Degree in Fire Engineering or a related Engineering field.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Fire Engineer within a consultancy.
* Familiarity with regulatory controls and experience in developing fire-engineered design solutions in the built environment.
* Working knowledge of ADB, BS 9999, and BS 9991.
