We're looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Tutor to support students in the Thame area with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, PDA, and more.
About the Role:
This is a one-to-one tutoring role where you’ll work with students either at home, in school, or at a local venue. You’ll be expected to assess, plan, and deliver personalised learning programmes tailored to each student’s specific needs and learning style.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or 5+ years’ experience working with SEN students
2. A strong understanding of a wide range of SEN conditions and support strategies
3. Confidence in delivering creative, student-led sessions
4. A warm, patient and flexible approach to building strong, supportive relationships
Pay: £20–£30 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
