Could you be Incommunities new Risk and Business Continuity Officer? Reporting into the Head of Risk and Assurance, you will manage operational risk processes and work with risk owners to ensure risk reporting is appropriate and timely. We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management experience, who can work across a range of disciplines and bring risk and business continuity to life across Incommunities. Duties include: Lead on managing operational risk processes and working with risk owners to ensure risk reporting is appropriate and timely Support the Head of Regulation and Assurance to deliver risk & assurance reporting to Audit & Risk Committee and the Board Work with risk owners to maintain effective operational risk registers, ensuring they are complete and up to date Horizon scanning and implementing best practice in risk management Manage the business continuity process and work with Directors and Business Continuity Plan owners to ensure business continuity is fit for purpose Act as the senior level lead for Business Continuity across the organisation Deliver an annual testing and review regime for business continuity plans Work with our internal auditors to help deliver effective internal audits Work with both the Head of Regulation & Assurance and Governance & Risk Manager to deliver risk and business continuity training Requirements Experience of working with senior leaders in a risk, assurance, or business continuity environment Experience of embedding risk and/or business continuity into an organisation Experience of delivering robust assurance to senior leaders and committees Experience of delivering effective partnership working Experience of delivering training or one to one support Benefits Salary of £31,870 rising to £35,519 per year West Yorkshire Pension Fund membership - Current employer contribution is 15.5% Excellent holiday allowance which increases with service Training, development, and qualification opportunities Access to an Employee Assistance Programme Corporate health scheme membership Cycle to work scheme Local gym membership discounts.
