Central Finance Manager for the Epsom and Redhill Hub – Xavier Catholic Education Trust
XCET 10, 36 hours per week, 42 weeks per year - salary range £42,321 - £45,942 (FTE £45,680 - £49,588), flexible working and part time hours will be considered.
Based in one of our Epsom and Redhill Schools (St. Francis, St. Joseph's or St. Clements), working one day per week from the central office in Chertsey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and a passion for education, building strong relationships with team members and colleagues in partner schools and external agencies.
Responsibilities:
1. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the operational financial management of the schools within the Epsom and Redhill Hub and the adherence to Financial Regulations, Academies Handbook and Finance Policies.
2. They will provide strategic financial support to enable the primary function of teaching and learning, assisting the Head Teachers and Senior Leaders in achieving objectives identified in the Development Plan.
3. The Finance Manager will work as a key member of the finance team, developing and mentoring finance officers and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.
