Job Purpose: The relationship manager has ownership of a portfolio of clients, where you will be making decisions, through monitoring the client’s performance whilst providing them a personal service. Responsibilities: Transaction Processing: Running RBS and allocation of collections. Schedule processing with adequate documents (invoices/timesheets). Processing client payments. Account Management: Overlooking credit control to ensure the debt is recovered. Client service, including client visits. Client performance reviews. Risk analysis. Understanding the client’s business. Ensuring the invoices and supporting documents are legitimate. Resolving any disputes. Decision making. Funding limits. Setting up new customer accounts. Other To undertake other duties within the scope of the job, as directed from time to time. Cover team members within different departments. Monthly client reviews. Attend company training and meetings.
