Competitive Salary: £35-40k depending on experience Key Responsibilities Overseeing a team of up to seventeen drivers, ensuring efficient daily operations Managing vehicle routing to maximise efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction Handling tachograph analysis and ensuring compliance with working time regulations Ensuring vehicle maintenance schedules are met in line with company standards Managing customer and sales rep enquiries in a professional and timely manner Conducting driver debriefs upon return to the depot Monitoring cancelled and return orders/goods Assisting with HR & training documentation and maintaining compliance Supporting the Distribution Manager (Scotland and ROI) as required Working 1 Sunday in 2 for routing support Essential Skills & Experience ? Valid UK Category C Driving Licence, DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card ? Strong logistical and analytical skills ? Advanced IT skills, including Excel, Access, VBA, Power BI & Routing Software ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ? Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines ?
