We are currently working with a market leading technology-based business looking to add into their growing commercial team. We are actively recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager. The main objective within this role is to act as a commercial interface, managing key business-to-business relationships, clients, and suppliers. Providing commercial insights, supporting profitable growth whilst driving the business's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the end-to-end process for new contracts and bids entering the business
2. Renegotiating and aligning terms accordingly
3. Renewing and exiting new and existing suppliers accordingly
4. Identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies
5. Negotiating, drafting, editing and approving contract documentation
6. Undertaking CDD checks for new suppliers
7. Reviewing current processes, making recommendations where applicable
8. Ensuring all contracts and documentation are accurate and commercially sound
9. Mitigating risk whilst reviewing contracts to identify gaps or issues and opportunities
10. Collaborating closely with internal teams, including Sales, Procurement, and Operations
Salary: 42-50k DOE with excellent benefits and hybrid working.
