Electrical Estimator
Salary: Up to £45,000
Location: Mountain Ash
Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Hunter Selection is working with a well-established industrial electrical company based near Mountain Ash. They are looking for an experienced electrical estimator to join their team. The right person will have electrical experience in an industrial setting, having worked up through the ranks and possessing estimation experience in the industrial environment. The company is expanding, providing lots of opportunities for growth and progression.
Duties:
1. Estimating costs associated with electrical installation.
2. Ensuring bids are competitive while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
3. Evaluating project specifications and drawings.
4. Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors.
5. Working closely with managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.
Experience:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, estimating for commercial/industrial projects.
2. Proficient in using electrical estimating software.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs.
4. Understanding of electrical drawings.
