Our Client a growing Property company based in Bexley is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and support their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a team of sales negotiators, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and business growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice.
* Lead negotiations with buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
* Monitor and track sales performance to ensure targets are met.
* Stay informed on local market trends.
* Oversee the preparation and marketing of property listings.
* Ensure all clients have a positive experience throughout their sales journey. Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.
* Identify opportunities for business development, including building relationships with new clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role, within the property sector.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
* Knowledge of property sales processes and local market trends.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills.
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
* IT literate, with experience using property management software or CRM systems.
* Knowledge of property marketing tools and platforms.
* Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
