Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 per annum
About the Role: My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join their dynamic and evolving team located in the South Liverpool area. You’ll become part of a leading company celebrated for its innovation, excellence, and dedication to fostering employee growth and satisfaction!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
3. HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports.
4. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
5. Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
6. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
7. Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
8. Performance Management: Support managers in the performance review process, including setting objectives and conducting appraisals.
Qualifications/ Experience:
1. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and GDPR
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
