The business has revenues of £43m and employs 400 people. The business provides services to the 75 age group, that find it challenging to visit the high street. We are looking to strengthen our team with the appointment of an experienced Marketing Operations Manager. A successful business development and marketing capability is an essential component of our strategic ambition to become the most admired UK ‘at home’ healthcare brand. Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our marketing operations. With a particular focus on direct marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, and work alongside our Content Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, design team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies across all channels. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the volume of customers requiring our services meets or exceeds our clinician capacity within the budgeted cost of customer acquisition. Principle Accountabilities Develop, implement, and manage: Direct marketing campaigns, including liaising with data suppliers, printers and Royal Mail to ensure timely and accurate execution Digital marketing campaigns, working with third party agencies as required. Telesales, email and text campaigns to the company’s customer database Manage the marketing operations function, setting priorities, ensuring efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives across all channels Implement comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with senior leadership. Manage and optimise our marketing technology stack, including selection, implementation, and maintenance of tools and platforms. Coordinate marketing activity with cross-functional teams, including customer service, scheduling and IT, the field sales teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Manage and report on budgets for marketing operations and direct marketing campaigns, allocating resources to achieve marketing goals. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Content and Digital Marketing Managers. Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness Monitor, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing performance and identify areas for improvement. Lead the continuing development and optimisation of the company’s website. Manage campaigns and initiatives to improve ongoing communication with OutsideClinic’s customer base. About you Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a high functioning team. Excellent organisational, project management, and analytical skills. You will be customer centric in your thinking and communicate well.
