Job Description
An established financial services firm with a new legal department is looking for a Personal Assistant to support up to 4 senior lawyers. They are based in North London/ Golders Green area so would require someone local ideally.
They are a friendly and collabortive team of people and this role has scope for progression to a Head PA position.
Responsibilities:
* General correspondence including typing up all types of documents/letters/emails/deeds/lasting powers of attorney/client invoices/leases
* Updating internal document management systems and filing systems regularly and timely as necessary.
* Experience of managing and organising Outlook; inboxes, full diary management, calendars and contacts, reviewing and forwarding internal and external mail, e-filing and all general maintenance and administration of client files and folders
* Proofreading documents or amending documents and always ensuring accuracy
* Typing up of Audio Dictation if required
* Covering where necessary for existing secretarial team
* Preparation of documentation for client signature
* Good manner when liaising with clients or other parties at all levels
* Redacting documents
They are looking for someone with solid PA skills and great attention to detail.
FYI they have parking on site.
Salary up to £43,000 plus benefits.
Hours 9am-5:30pm.
