With a number of offices throughout the UK, this role would be located in London.\n\nDescription\n\nA Senior HR Advisor to:\n\nProvide HR advice and support to the management team.\nDevelop new and review existing HR policies and, procedures, and update where necessary.\nManage the onboarding and induction process for new starters as well as exit interviews.\nDrive employee engagement initiatives and culture development.\nSupport on employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution. This can include sickness absence, grievances or disciplinaries.
\nCoach and advise managers, supporting with HR queries. \nConduct performance management and appraisal processes.Profile\n\nA Senior HR Advisor with:\n\nProven experience in a similar HR role within the financial services industry.\nA solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law.\nAbility to strategize and implement HR processes and procedures.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.Job Offer\n\nPermanent Senior HR Advisor\nUp to £50,000 depending on experience.\nBased in London, offering hybrid working \nComprehensive Benefits package
