Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with a leading leisure and hospitality business to appoint an HR Business Partner on a 6-9 month FTC basis.
This is a regional (hybrid) role and you'll be expected to travel across regional sites 3 days a week, working from home 2.
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Providing generalist HR support, advice and guidance to colleagues across your region
* Managing employee relations casework, absence (including long term sickness) and performance management
* Carrying out HR audits across the region to understand areas of focus
* Coaching line managers
* Delivering group HR initiatives and projects
We're keen to speak with experienced HR Advisors or junior HR Business Partners that are keen to gain exposure in a fast paced environment and generalist remit. You'll ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified (or equivalent) and have experience of managing ER casework and a varied remit.
