Key Responsibilities:
1. Finance & Data Management: Oversee finance tracking and data for our contractors, liaising effectively with our 3rd party provider.
2. Supplier Management: Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, specifically our umbrella companies, ensuring quality service and efficiency.
3. Director Reports: Provide comprehensive data to the directors on a monthly basis.
4. Payroll Support: Assist in the smooth execution of payroll operations.
5. CRM Expertise: Serve as the superuser for our CRM system, ensuring its optimal use.
6. Team Leadership: Manage the admin team, including oversight of social media and marketing activities.
7. Office Management: Take charge of general office management duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
8. Event Organisation: Plan and execute staff events and trips, promoting a positive and engaged team culture.
9. Presentations & Reviews: Create engaging presentations for monthly leadership meetings and compile detailed data packs for consultant reviews.
Desirable Skills:
1. CIPD Qualification: Ideally, the candidate will hold a CIPD qualification, enabling them to support on HR issues.
2. Leadership Ambition: This role is expected to evolve into a Head of People position, so we seek someone ready to grow with us.
