Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher looking to make a lasting impact on young learners during their formative years? A nurturing and dynamic primary school in Ealing is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework, promoting children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel valued and supported.
* Observe, assess, and document children's progress, using this information to tailor teaching to individual needs.
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s development and progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the Early Years provision and uphold the school’s values and vision.
* Support and guide teaching assistants within the classroom to enhance pupil outcomes.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education.
* A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in Early Years teaching.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching, with a passion for inspiring young learners.
