We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations.
The Role:
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our construction and installation teams by managing documentation, scheduling, supplier coordination, and client communication. You’ll play a key role within the administration team, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support across construction and installation projects

Assist with scheduling of installations, deliveries, and contractor site visits
*
As one of the administrators you will prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, H&S paperwork, and compliance records.

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate timelines and logistics

Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met

Maintain digital and physical filing systems

Support the team with general office duties as needed
