Your Role & Responsibilities: Achieve agreed sales targets for new BMW vehicles within set financial guidelines. Engage with customers, capture key contact details, and follow up within 24 hours to provide a first-class buying experience. Contribute to innovation – Play an active role in shaping sales strategies, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency. Maintain full compliance with all financial and FCA regulations. Your profile Proven sales, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Strong presentation, organisational, and prioritisation skills. Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure, particularly when working to tight deadlines. An enthusiastic, dynamic, and team-orientated personality. Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. Weekend working required – one weekend on, one weekend off.
