In this role, you’ll drive innovation, support key business functions, and optimise our Dynamics 365 platform to align with strategic goals. As we shift our focus toward CRM and the Dynamics suite, your expertise will be critical in supporting this transformation. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to manage, enhance, and optimise the Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring it meets business requirements. Design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 solutions, including configurations, extensions, integrations, and workflows. Build and implement custom workflows, plugins, and web resources to enhance functionality and improve business processes. Support data migration, system integration, and deployment efforts as part of ongoing CRM initiatives. Continuously refine and improve Dynamics 365 to maximise usability and business value. Work closely with various business units, including field engineers, to understand real-world usage and identify opportunities for system enhancements. Collaborate with the IT team to foster knowledge sharing and drive platform improvements. Technical Skills & Competencies Essential: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including CRM and Field Service modules. Understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, and integrations. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus. Strong grasp of IT service best practices (e.g., ITIL ). Excellent c ommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
