Customer Service Executive
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 PM
Salary: £23,000-£25,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service to each individual customer
* Handling escalated customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and professional manner
* Developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards
* Training and coaching new and existing staff on best practices and customer service skills
* Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team and providing feedback and guidance
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
* Reporting on customer service metrics and trends
Qualifications:
* A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a customer service executive or a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
* A positive and customer-oriented attitude
