This is a part-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £22,216 per annum pro rata based on 15 hours.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join our Executive Support team.
The Role:
To provide efficient and cost-effective invoice processing related administrative support as part of the Executive Support Team.
Your role will involve:
1. Provide flexible administrative support, supporting officers to ensure that all deadlines and processes are fully completed.
2. Process invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents as required by Executive/Assistant Directors and their teams.
3. Maintain records to ensure all requests are logged and processed in an appropriate order, within timescales and, where required, in accordance with statutory legislation.
4. Provide support with additional tasks that arise within the Executive Support team in need.

* Good interpersonal, written, and oral skills.
* Knowledge of, working with, a variety of office equipment.
* Experience of using and maintaining accurate electronic records.
* Knowledge of Aggresso.
