The School of ESOL offers English language courses from beginners to Level 2. We offer a full-time study programme for 16-18 years and part time adult courses. There are approximately 1500 students studying in the School of ESOL. Our students come from a wide range of backgrounds and include refugees, asylum seekers and migrant workers from around the world.
We are seeking Main Grade Lecturers to teach across the study programme and adult courses. Ideally, successful candidates would have a recognised ELT (CELTA, Trinity TESOL etc) teaching qualification and have experience of teaching ESOL. The school of ESOL aspires to achieving excellence in teaching and learning through innovative and excellent practice within ESOL teaching. However for suitably experienced tutors there may be scope for completing relevant qualifications whilst in post.
