The role
The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Senior Associate / Partner to join the firm's brand-new West End, London office.
The firm is a bit of a dark horse for the real estate work that they do. They don't shout from the rooftops about the work that they do and the clients that they work with. However, they have a bustling and vibrant employment department that works with a broad client base.
You will work across a broad range of sectors, with clients that range from OMB, SME, National companies, media companies, fashion houses, FMCG companies, and hospitality, landlords, and developers.
You will deal with a broad palette of work, which will make for an interesting caseload. This will include but not be limited to: acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises across a broad spectrum of industry sectors, commercial leases, licenses to assign, property development, portfolio management, and some construction matters.
Requirements
* You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE).

* You should have first-class communication skills.
