We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Leader to take our quality strategy to the next level. This role will be responsible for setting the vision for quality, managing the end-to-end quality assurance process, and leading a well-established team to ensure our software is repeatedly delivered to the highest standards. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will industrialise quality metrics, reduce defects, further develop testing processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, quality assurance best practices, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in delivering on the Quality Strategy in both Professional Services software delivery and Product R&D. Key Responsibilities Quality Strategy & Leadership : Further develop and execute a comprehensive quality strategy that ensures the delivery of robust, reliable software products, on time and to budget. Direction : Steer a team of quality professionals, working with established leaders to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Process Optimization : Ensuring through the team that testing frameworks are well designed and implemented, and the team has the tools to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of testing practices. Collaboration : Partner with leaders in product management, R & D, Professional Services, and other cross-functional teams to align on goals and quality standards. Defect Reduction & Issue Resolution : Drive initiatives to reduce defects, improve product performance, and ensure timely resolution of any quality-related issues. Metrics & Reporting : Define and track key quality metrics, providing insights and reports to senior leadership on product quality and testing effectiveness. Customer Focus : Ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets or exceeds customer expectations, focusing on long-term reliability and satisfaction. Experience : Demonstrable experience in software quality assurance, with significant experience in a senior leadership role. Leadership : Strong track record of leading QA teams in software or technology-driven environments. Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, automation frameworks, and the software development lifecycle. Strategic Mindset : Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Collaboration : Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work closely with product and software development teams.
