Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE £60,000
5 Day working week
Every other weekend off
Company Car
22 Days holiday, Plus bank holidays
Must have previous experience with New and Used cars.
We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client's successful Car Dealership in Castleford.
Working for an Automotive Business, the successful General Sales Manager will be an experienced manager who is well-versed in Car Sales and running a successful Sales Department.
Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £60,000 OTE.
Key Responsibilities for this General Sales Manager role:
1. Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
2. Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
3. Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
5. Sell and Buy Vehicles.
The successful General Sales Manager will:
1. Have a proven track record within a General Sales Manager role.
2. Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives.
