Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Attracting and retaining premier talent is our top priority, and the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will collaborate extensively with the HR and Recruiting teams to provide a world-class recruiting experience with Jump.
What You’ll Do:
* Support the day-to-day operations for the recruiting team in London to ensure a seamless candidate experience for all interviews.
* Interface with vendors, candidates, and colleagues to schedule and manage all candidate interviews.
* Serve as the main point of contact for all candidates on their interview day.
* Review and follow up with interviewers around feedback, ensuring it aligns with expectations set forth in the interview and pushing back for better content when needed.
* Partner with the Recruiters on defining and executing a recruiting strategy for open positions. Provide research and direct sourcing effort as needed as directed by the Recruiter.
* Partner with Legal on all employment contract changes and maintain continuity with offer templates.
* Track all interview and candidate specifics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Analyze pre-employment paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness.
* Update and maintain all candidate profiles in the ATS and confirm all relevant data is captured and tracked.
* Troubleshoot ATS issues and serve as point of contact externally.
* Serve as a partner to the global RC team when it comes to process improvements and identifying areas for efficiencies.
* Collaborate extensively with the global talent acquisition team to create successful strategies for marketing Jump and building our brand.
* Other duties as assigned or needed.
Skills You’ll Need:
* Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* At least 2+ years of previous administrative or corporate experience strongly preferred.
* Previous experience using an ATS, CRM, or candidate management tool preferred but not required (preference for experience with Greenhouse ATS).
* Excellent data entry skills/ exceptional attention to detail.
* A pro-active and upbeat personality.
* Hardworking and resourceful.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communicator with a customer service mindset.
* Reliable and predictable availability.
