Role Overview: As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, bars, and event spaces. You’ll lead a passionate team, ensuring top-tier service, consistency, and a memorable experience for all of our guests. You’ll work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, increase profitability, and maintain the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth operation of all food and beverage areas, including the restaurant, bar, and events. Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to ensure exceptional customer service. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise efficiency, revenue, and guest satisfaction. Manage stock levels, ordering, and budgets, ensuring cost control without compromising quality. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus that showcase local produce and culinary creativity. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. Foster a positive working environment with excellent communication across all departments. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing talent. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including budgeting, stock control, and menu planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mentality. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
