We’re looking for a talented Business Mobilisation Lead to support the GTM of new media for Tesco. You’ll work closely with the Head of Propositions to ensure the successful delivery of individual project elements, contributing to the overall business setup. You’ll work directly with Tesco, dunnhumby and internal cross-functional teams, providing operational support to mobilise new partnerships and products to deliver a smooth business launch. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of mobilisation efforts for new or large-scale media projects for Tesco Retail Media Own individual project elements (e.g., managing an RFP to find a store partner). Lead with a thorough handover from the including the creation or updating of stakeholder maps. Help design effective operating models and team structures for new media businesses functions Execute assigned tasks from the project plan, such as adapting Advertiser Value Proposition materials, advising on pricing and commercial packages, coordinating with legal, and managing marketing efforts. Collaborate with Media Client Services and Media & CE Consulting teams to onboard and hand over the mobilisation to the appropriate dh teams. Provide post-sales support for client and service teams within an agreed timeframe. Help prepare materials for client-facing workshops related to business setup. Assist with the selection and mobilisation of relevant third-party media execution partners. Contribute to driving innovation and efficiency in how dunnhumby mobilises retail media business operations, sharing best practices globally. Stay connected across multiple team in Team Media, contributing to a positive, collaborative environment. What we expect from you Experience working in relevant roles for global or regional organisations. Knowledge of the grocery retail sector. Understanding of dunnhumby media products and channels.
