Reserve List
A reserve list will be held for a period of up to 12 months from which further appointment may be made.
Candidates that do not pass the interview but have demonstrated an acceptable standard may be considered for similar roles at a lower grade.

+ Lead criteria: Demonstrable experience of working as a Human Resources (HR) analyst to determine business requirements, identify and implement the best data analysis approaches and delivery methods to bring together different data sources.
+ Proven ability to analyse, interpret and present complex people data insights in an engaging and effective way to different audiences, taking account of the people agenda.
+ Experience of working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define user needs and deliver products that are fit for purpose.
+ Proven experience of using data outcomes to assist in optimising business services and drive decision making on service improvements.
+ Advanced MS Excel skills and experience of working with Power BI and other MI software, with substantial experience of data manipulation and cleansing, working with a range of datasets and data types and creating new datasets where required to meet customer needs., + Some line management and team leadership experience.
+ Experience of creating reports and dashboards in Workday.
