Working as part of a busy Finance team for a fast-paced FMCG Company, the post holder is mainly responsible for the treasury function and providing support to the financial accounting team. They will assist with administration, office support, and ad-hoc reporting as required. The post holder must have excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills. They should have a can-do attitude, be customer-focused, and a team player. They should be part-qualified CIMA/ACCA.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Treasury management and daily cash flow forecasting, working closely with Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Key balance sheet reconciliations.
* VAT returns.
* Completing statutory government returns.
* Assist with accounting for the Irish subsidiary and ensure all intercompany transactions are processed correctly.
* Assist with the production of monthly management accounts.
* Assist with monthly budget monitoring and providing financial support to budget holders.
* Assist with the production of annual budgets and annual statutory accounts.
* Administration, office support, and ad-hoc reporting as required.
* Other reasonable duties as required, supporting purchase and sales ledger during busy periods.

Qualifications & Skills
* Experience working for a Manufacturer or FMCG Company is beneficial.
* Part-qualified CIMA or ACCA.
* Proficient in the use of Accounting software packages.
* Good general IT skills – Excel to intermediate/advanced level.
