The Opportunity
In this role you will be ..
1. Accurately audit the customer fixtures using the HHT to gain availability, process returned stock for the customer accurately through credit notes, carry out merchandising where necessary.
2. Serve customers in line with their service agreements, develop relationships with customers, build rapport and establish trust, deal with all customer enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
3. Ensure a safe, clean, tidy vehicle that is driven in a safe and courteous manner to reflect the Companys high-quality image.
