We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator on behalf of our client to assist in the achievement ofsales, profit and customer service targets working within a successful Telesales team. You will grow and develop new and lapsed accounts within defined portfolio against targets working with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential. You will Deal with all customer issues/queries/request for product and service information promptly, efficiently and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required. The Basics: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm £26,000 monthly bonuses after probation The Responsibilities: Study reports, complete gap analysis on customer accounts, and constantly review customer trends with a view to identifying ways to increase sales and margin such as product switches to own brand, special offers etc. Customer Service Manage out of stock items by communicating with purchasing and advising customer accordingly. Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly operations, sales, stock control, and credit control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved. Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail, thoroughness and a methodical approach to work. Works at a pace that matches the requirements of the business and recognises the importance of timely completion of tasks. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with others. Shares information and resources with others as required. Ability and willingness to follow instructions of management and respond to requests from others in the team in a helpful manner. COMMUNICATION & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS Ability to listen and understand information. Presents information in a clear and concise manner. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Good communication skills, Previous customer service role ideally in a telesales environment.
