The E-commerce Marketplace Assistant will play a key role in supporting the growth and optimisation of our online marketplace presence. This position is responsible for managing product listings, optimising content, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Rithum. Maintain, optimise, and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy, visibility, and engagement and removing discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner Assist in managing Amazon, eBay, and other marketplace accounts, helping to resolve account issues and implement sales strategies Support inventory management, pricing updates, and product listings within marketplace platforms to ensure smooth operations Work closely with the commercial team, and supply chain teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals Assist research on competitors, pricing strategies, and emerging marketplace trends to support growth strategies Assist in executing strategies to improve sales performance and profitability across all e-commerce activities Ensure best practices are followed across all marketplace activities, maintaining smooth communication and workflow across departments Who are we looking for? Proven experience in managing listings and performance on Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask under pressure Proficiency with e-commerce management tools and marketplace software Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple listings and marketplaces simultaneously Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong commercial awareness with a comprehensive understanding of planning and trading What happens next?
