We are currently recruiting for a HGV General Sales Manager to join our Client’s leading commercial Main Dealership in Derby.
Working for an Automotive Business, the successful HGV General Sales Manager will be an experienced manager who is well-versed in HGV Sales and running a successful Sales Department.
Our Client is offering the successful HGV General Sales Manager up to £80,000 OTE.
Key Responsibilities for this HGV General Sales Manager role:
1. Oversee and manage the commercial sales team
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
4. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the dealership
5. Cover the different product lines in our client's portfolio
6. Ensure effective communication between the sales departments and the DP
7. Plan, organise and coach the sales team in order to ensure maximum success.
The successful HGV General Sales Manager will:
