Dynamics 365 CRM Application Support - Remote Charity organisation are looking for an Application Support Analyst with excellent Dynamics 365 CRM experience. Please note this is Remote role with 1/2 days a month in their London office. The Role Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM QA Debugging Application Support Projects Responsibilities Providing Dynamics 365 CRM support. Ensure that all issues are investigated, logged, and dealt with and that adequate information is captured and recorded as it happens. Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems are adequately resolved Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents. Documents and closes resolved incidents according to agreed procedures Key Skills & Attributes: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Application Support experience. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve incidents and improve system functionality. Initiative and Teamwork: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Attention to Detail: A focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of systems and data.
