Commercial Account Executive – Glasgow
Salary: Up to £60,000 base + car allowance + annual bonus
This opportunity is brand new and ready to hit the Glasgow insurance broking scene in early 2025.

Are you a match?
You’ll need a background in commercial insurance broking for this one, ideally with experience sitting in front of SME/corporate clients and providing insurance advice.
If you are already an established Executive, this position will allow you to work towards a significant LTIP, without starting again client-wise.
And if you are a Handler/Broker wanting your first crack at Exec level work then you’ll get brilliant mentoring and support here to be successful.
Ideally, you’ll have broad commercial lines experience, but if you are a bit niche, then these guys can help you develop your skills in commercial lines.
Your remit
From day one, you’ll:
Take the reins of a £150,000 cross-class commercial portfolio, with a comprehensive handover from the retiring Account Director.
Nurture relationships with Central Belt clients, with premiums typically ranging between £20,000 and £75,000.
Expand your portfolio through referrals, networking, and strategic introducer partnerships.
