We are a leading innovator in colour and fibre technologies, dedicated to advancing chemical solutions for recycling colours from textile waste and enhancing the efficiency of fabric recycling. Our vision is to foster a future of environmentally conscious textiles, driven by circular processes and transparent supply chains at every stage of manufacturing. Currently, we are engaged in process scale-up and testing projects with key partners across the supply chain. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Chemical Engineer / Process Engineer to lead the development and scale-up of our chemical dye recycling technology and contribute to polymer processing innovations such as PET pellet production and process optimization.
Process Engineer – Chemical Recycling & Polymer Processing
Polymer Characterization & Processing – Develop and optimize polymer recycling and processing techniques, including PET pellet production.
Scale-Up & Pilot Studies – Lead pilot projects and scale-up studies at various locations, supporting commercial manufacturing readiness.
Reactor Design & Engineering – Select, set up, and optimize reactors, considering mass/energy balances, thermodynamics, and computational modeling ( CAD, ASPEN, etc. ).
PhD (or Bachelor's/Master’s with significant experience) in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in commercial-scale manufacturing.
~ Proficiency in process simulation software (CAD, ASPEN, techno-economic analysis, LCA, JMP, R, Python).
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of sustainable chemical engineering, driving innovation in polymer recycling and chemical dye recovery. If you’re passionate about circular manufacturing and process engineering, we’d love to hear from you!
