As a Front of House Coordinator at Caredig, you'll make a real difference to the lives of people that live in one of our extra care schemes. With your customer focused approach and genuine desire to help people you will be the first point of contact for our tenants and other customers - you will be responsible for making our customers feel welcome and providing excellent customer services.
As a Front of House Coordinator in one of our Extra Care schemes, you will ensure that our tenants are able to live happily and as independently as possible in their own homes by providing a range of services, such as administration support, housing information, showing properties to new potential tenants, dealing with ending tenancies, reviewing applications regularly, supporting the organisation of community events, running an on-site shop and taking payments.
You must be capable of prioritising your own workload, using your initiative and being an effective team player with great communication skills, a flexible approach, a positive attitude and be able to adapt in a changeable environment.
