The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions.

Your duties will include:
* Ensuring that each department delivers a consistently high standard of service enhancing the guest’s experience.
* Achieving business objectives and maximising the profitability of the site.
* Maintaining effective cost controls in all areas.
* Managing and working alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
* Working seamlessly with our busy sales team to support sales initiatives to maximise revenue.
The successful candidate will be a driver as the position may require various site visits, and they will be an experienced Hotel Operations Manager with a can-do attitude.
