DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Compliance Clerk to play a vital role ensuring smooth-running of all transport scheduled activities.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
* Ensure achievement of targets for Key Performance Indicators and other required statistics.
* Ensure Fleet Legal Compliance in line with O licence.
* Monitor all daily targets and ensure they are adhered to.
* Liaise with External Providers to facilitate servicing requirements.
* Ensure drivers hours are accurately recorded in line with EU Legislation.
* Liaise with External Providers to ensure all service schedules are met and defects repaired and documented accordingly.
* Provide support for internal and external audits.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
