As we pursue our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an ambitious marketing apprentice to join our team and support with our candidate attraction initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support the recruitment of candidates for our apprenticeship programmes and digital skills bootcamps. You will have the opportunity to work on various marketing projects, including content creation, social media, digital advertising, and events. The role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about digital marketing, and ready to develop their skills in a fast-paced but supportive work environment. Role Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates to our apprenticeship vacancies and digital skills bootcamps, including social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing and more. Create and optimise ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok to drive candidate attraction and engagement Design and produce various marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and website content to effectively communicate the benefits of our programmes Assist in planning and executing recruitment events such as careers fayres to connect with potential candidates and generate interest in our programmes Develop case studies of learner success stories to showcase the positive impact of our apprenticeships and digital skills bootcamps, attracting potential candidates Monitor Key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement Work closely with our recruitment, digital skills, and operations teams to ensure that our marketing activities align with overall business objectives What We Offer: £17,000 per annum Monday to Friday - 8am-4:30pm, with flexible working hours Early finishes on a Friday 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays An additional day of annual leave to be used for a Life Event Two Baltic Breather days per year (the full business closes for the day to give everyone a break) Plus an annual Christmas Shutdown Access to a discounted Gym Membership with SnapFitness Darlington Company events and celebrations, a summer party and a Christmas party each year.
