The role Reporting into the HR Systems Admin and Security Lead, the job holder will form part of the Digital People solutions Team, based in Salford Quays, working collaboratively with colleagues around the Bupa world. The job holder will provide functional support on the use of the various HR systems, provide management information and contribute to projects, e.g. test processes. Global release items. You will have an enquiring mind with attention to detail and a strong analytical ability is essential to ensure the right service is delivered to our internal customers. You’ll help us make health happen by To provide ‘first point of contact’ for users during standard working hours for all queries and problems relating to the functional use of the various HR Systems (including PeopleSoft HCM, Workday, PeoplePoint and Service Now) To provide day-to-day support and advice on HR systems; to troubleshoot problems for the users and liaise with the technical developers when required. Complete regular administration tasks including, batch reports, system interfaces and monthly reports. Resolve or raise any issues as appropriate. To provide support to customers in the generation and interpretation of HR data, including the timely and accurate delivery of management information to HR areas and the business. Update, correct and communicate changes to HR standard and ad hoc reports, when required. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR personnel, HR data users and technical support. Maintain on-line HR Systems support documents – updating changes when required. To be able to identify any system related issues and raise it with the appropriate teams, liaising with them to find solutions. Contribute to People Technology projects and continuous development of our strategic people applications Ensure that security access is correct for all users of the HR Systems and getting the correct approvals before making any system or security changes Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role Advanced MS Windows and Office skills, (especially Excel, although training is available). Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks, deliver work requests / solutions to high standards whilst working to tight deadlines with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate to Director level. Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
