About the Role:
Boots Hearingcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hearing Wellness Advisors. In this role, you'll advise and support customers, promoting our hearing services in-store. We offer full training, a competitive salary, once in store you will be eligible to receive a monthly Bonus in addition to your base salary and other excellent company benefits. Training
During your initial training, you will spend 3 individual weeks (One week per month) away from home at the Boots Hearingcare Academy in Llandudno- All accommodation and expenses are fully paid for, you will also receive in-store and online training sessions. Once qualified, you’ll support our customers and in-store Audiologists, engaging actively with customers and providing specialised advice.

As a Hearing Wellness Advisor, you will:
10. Provide customers with detailed information about our Hearingcare services.
11. Offer personalised advice on ear health and hearing maintenance.
12. Perform routine hearing screening tests and schedule assessments for our Audiologists.
13. Assist customers with hearing aid maintenance and care.
14. Promote and sell consumables and ear care products.
15. Train in specialised Hearingcare services, including wax removal through Micro Suction.
16. Support the Audiologist with other hearing-related health checks as needed.
17. Help achieve store KPIs by keeping diaries busy with appropriate appointments.
18. Work closely with Boots Opticians and Pharmacy teams to promote hearing care.
19. Foster great partnerships with in-store Audiologists and team members.
Person Specification:
20. Confidence in approaching and engaging customers.
21. Interest in store targets and a team player attitude.
22. Ability to attend training at our Boots Hearingcare Academy.
23. Self-reliance and accountability for personal learning and performance.
24. Desire to become knowledgeable about hearing health and care pathways.
25. Experience in a retail or healthcare environment is advantageous.
26. Competence in using basic technology devices, such as iPads and computers.
