After securing an incredible new MD (who recently scaled an 80-head business), my client is looking to bring in a new leader to inherit their Technology practice.
In this role, you’ll inherit an existing team of 5, working closely with the MD & Founder to achieve the below:
1. People development – helping to drive both financial performance & the career paths of your business unit is CRUCIAL.
2. Team growth – with plans to mirror the Founder's previous success of scaling & exiting a recruitment business, the aspirations for growth are huge.
3. Revenue generation – you MUST be comfortable being hands-on until your team grows significantly.

5. A proven MD with extensive Tech recruitment experience – across both contingent & Exec Search.
6. Significant budget to invest into your division, with a 60% growth target in 2025.
