Proven experience as a Residential Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of health & care protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Speak both English & Turkish Languages fluently
10+ years experience in sector is desirable.
Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing home care services in collaboration with care team members, ensuring delivery is timely, budget-friendly, and aligned with our high standards for elderly client care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive care assessments and create individualized care plans.
Oversee coordination and delivery of care services.
Manage and support a team of home care staff.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
Manage financial and resource allocations effectively.
Drive business development initiatives within the care services sector.
Lead and supervise carer teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
Efficiently manage project and service budgets and resources.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Daily Tasks May Include:
Reviewing Care Worker Logs & Reports: Checking daily or shift reports submitted by care workers to monitor service delivery and identify any issues.
Allocating & Coordinating Care Workers: Adjusting schedules and allocating care workers to cover absences, changes in client needs, or new service requests.
Providing Support & Guidance to Care Workers: Answering queries from care workers, offering advice on specific client situations, and providing emotional support.
Conducting Spot Checks or Shadowing: Occasionally observing care workers during their visits to ensure adherence to care plans and quality standards.
Managing Staff Absences: Arranging cover for staff who are sick or on leave.
Addressing Staff Issues: Dealing with any performance concerns, grievances, or disciplinary matters involving care workers.
Reviewing Care Plans: Checking care plans to ensure they are up-to-date, person-centered, and meet the evolving needs of service users. This might involve reading notes from care workers and other professionals.
Addressing Urgent Client Needs: Responding to immediate issues or emergencies reported by care workers or clients. This could involve arranging additional support, contacting family members or healthcare professionals.
Client Check-ins (Phone or Visits): Depending on the agency's policy and the client's needs, managers might conduct regular check-in calls or visits to monitor the quality of care and the client's well-being.
Handling Client or Family Queries: Responding to phone calls and emails from clients or their families regarding care schedules, concerns, or changes in needs.
Initial Assessments (Potentially): While often a separate role, in smaller agencies, the manager might conduct initial assessments for new clients to understand their needs and develop a preliminary care plan.
Liaising with External Professionals: Communicating with GPs, nurses, social workers, or other healthcare professionals involved in a client's care.
