Your Job
You will lead the vision, strategy and management of Kimberly Clark Distributor portals for our International markets that enable our distributors to more effectively partner and work with us. The role will own the development and experience of KCP’s product in partnership with our DTS team and regional partners. Responsibilities will include driving the product’s vision, development roadmap, project intake with business / customer stakeholders, requirements scoping, and directing resources for major features projects and day to day minor request management. Daily responsibility will also include managing through various stages of product lifecycle for the product including project brief, concept, requirements scoping, UX, design, development, testing, deployment, and retrospectives. This person will also be accountable for communicating with internal stakeholders on the product’s performance and progress and digital initiatives status updates.
Who you are?
* Bachelor’s degree in field
* 10+ years of experience in implementing B2B portals, applications, or digital solutions.
* Relatec experience working in sales or marketing.
* Ideal experience includes working previously for a manufacturer or distributor in a product manager, product owner or solutions architect role.
* A team player with high energy who is self-motivated, and performance/results driven
* Ability to lead through ambiguity and is a creative problem solver
* Drive alignment, prioritisation and action across stakeholders
* Experience interfacing with creative agencies/vendors
* Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen and resilience under pressure
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, effectively project management and experience of working in an agile environment– ideally experience with project/case management tools
* Experience preferred but not essential with sitecore or enterprise-level CMS (Adobe Experience Manager, Umbraco, Episerver, etc.)
* Experience preferred but not essential with commerce engines, preference with Magento & back-end applications eg as Azure, Angular
* Experience preferred but not essential working comprehension of Integrating third party systems and customizing out-of-the-box APIs and databases (SQL SERVER, Mongo DB, PIM) a plus
* Experience with Salesforce CRM or Pardot a plus
* SAP, CRM (nice to have to understand the process) will be attached to other experiences
What do you do?
* Drive portal vision, strategy and roadmap. Including need assessment, Market Research of Personas, Customer Journeys, Problem & Opportunity Identification, business case development, resource planning, roadmap development and stakeholder alignment for our international market.
* Deliver successful execution on the roadmap to improve the customer experience and capabilities. Lead product development activities through the full development process in partnership with regions and DTS including but not exclusively (gathering and refining priorities; building specifications and requirements based on business; effectively create user stories; set priorities and manage a backlog of features and functionality; lead UX/front-end requirements and back-end/functionality requirements; support testing process and define acceptance criteria; define key measurable outcomes and key KPIs across adoption, performance and CX).
* Manage the overall international on-going product management that drives strong user adoption, successful customer experiences and business impact. Including managing the product through the entire product lifecycle, partner with DTS to troubleshoot service disruptions for the product, create and maintain documentation for ongoing product management/maintenance and user on and off boarding, and drive best practice around compliance of data. Measure business outcomes and ongoing KPIs to demonstrate business impact.
