Job Description
Based at Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath.
This post is Workstyle 4 - Hybrid.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations, including council buildings, service user's locations, site visits, and from home to best suit your work, meetings, and collaboration.
Supporting people with a learning disability in community settings, you will work as part of a team to support and enable adults with learning disabilities to live ordinary lives and access opportunities within their local community. You will also promote enablement as well as health and wellbeing.
You will support individuals to access further education and provide necessary transition support from schools, including access to public transport and developing independent travel skills. The service provides this support in collaboration with Dundee and Angus College.
The provision of personal care is an essential component of this post.

Requirements
You must have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
