Job Description
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
* Monitor customer service performance and create reports for management
* Make recommendations for improving customer service and internal processes
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
* Develop customer service procedures, policies, and standards
* Provide training and support to the customer service team
* Ensure compliance with service quality and customer satisfaction goals
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:
* Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the FMCG industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
* Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
* Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
