Job Description
Our client, an award winning and multi branch law firm are looking for a full time Archiving Assistant to work on an archiving project across all of their offices.
Some of the duties will include
* Complete all file archiving processes across all offices in Hampshire, West Sussex and Wiltshire.
* Printing, scanning and photocopying documents is required, as well as binding and finishing documents.
* Closure of files as required by the departments and fee earners.
* Some lifting and carrying of boxes of documents.
* Ensuring both the recording of storage locations and arranging storage and collection of archived files in conjunction with the firm's off-site storage facility.
* Following legal compliance and regulations
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience in a similar role within professional services.
* Have strong and clear communication skills.
* Be happy to do some lifting and carrying of boxes.
* Have a full driving licence - essential.
* Confident with using Microsoft Office systems and a Case Management System.
* Excellent attention to detail.
What they offer:
* Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. This is full time and office based.
* Salary depending on experience £23,000 - £24,000
