Role: Receptionist & Office Administrator
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester (Office Based 5 days per week)
Hours: Rotating Shift pattern 8am – 4.30pm/8.45am – 5.15pm Monday-Friday
Salary: £24,000

We’re currently recruiting for a skilled, reliable operations coordinator to facilitate the effective running of the office. Reporting to the office management, you’ll play a vital role by being the first point of contact for visitors at PHMG. You will be providing key support to the marketing and sales teams, ensuring the smooth running of onboarding new employees, sales initiatives, and high-profile company events.
Responsibilities:
1. Front of house – being the first point of contact for all visitors
2. Booking and scheduling meeting rooms
3. Ensuring our office environment is representative of our brand
4. Sorting and distributing mail from across the company
5. Assisting with board lunch and refreshments
6. Handling a wide range of administrative duties
7. Assisting with office management and events
8. Producing and maintaining regular sales reports and internal comms
9. Supporting the running of regular incentives for the sales team
10. Communicating with Business Development Managers, as well as third party liaisons such as events companies and charitable organisations

6. Strong written communication skills
7. Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
8. Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
